Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail boxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the email box account you would like to forward emails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
